Rotational activator is equipped with rotational electric drive controlled by electromagnetic gauge which allows to increase the productivity of the machine.
Halogenization functions by sudden increase of the adhesive temperature up to demanded value. The adhesive covering the surface of bottom part – uppers is heated up on upper heater which temperature is precisely controlled by the control unit. The productivity of the device depends on time of halogenization and the quality of service. Additional installation of heating element of high blanket for uppers activation is possible. The device is controlled by foot press-button.
