Tray
activator is used for sudden heating up the adhesive to its demanded
temperature (halogenization). The adhesive covering the surface of bottom part
– uppers is heated up on upper heaters called radiators, which temperature is
precisely controlled by the control unit. The productivity of the device
depends on time of halogenization and quality of service. Additional mounting
of heating element of high blanket for uppers activation is possible. The
machine is manually controlled.
